ZEE5 UX Writing Guidelines

The very first project I worked on at Zee Entertainment Enterprises.

There was no style guide nor voice & tone guidelines. I had to develop one from scratch.

This guideline is now part of the design system.

Craft great product copy that helps users and expresses Zee’s personality

Provide helpful guidance and resources for people who write product copy – writers, designers, engineers, and whoever else working with words.

Created a style guide and glossary, as well as a voice and tone guide, with lots of tips and examples
This writing guideline remains the sole go-to for every product writer in the organisation
