One of the projects I worked on at Google.
The original design was very wordy and overwhelming - definitely not for skimming! It was also last updated 10 years ago.

I emphasised that users hold the power to shape Google's products and offerings with their insights, and assured that Google is attentively tuned in to their voices. That their input carries weight.
Next, I explained Google's feedback program, providing three straightforward steps for active participation.
Lastly, we introduced a much-needed Q&A section, addressing common inquiries about giving feedback to Google. Its absence previously led to user confusion.
Revamp Google’s Feedback page. Improve the outdated page by designing an intuitive and engaging interface to ensure users can easily provide feedback.
Describe how Google feedback works in simple, straightforward language, and help users understand how to use the page.
Collaborated with designers and product managers to articulate goals, align on key messages, and meet business and user objectives.
